THE PROCESS ::: HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 THE DISCOVERY CALL

The Discovery Call is the first step. It's a 15-20 minute phone conversation where we learn about your project and give you detailed information about our design process. 

STEP 2 INITIAL CONSULTATION

We begin by aligning your space with your needs. Priorities, floor layouts, timelines, materials, budgets, trade resources, our letter of agreement, and how we work and communicate with you during the project are all discussed in this phase.  

STEP 3 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 

This design phase gives us the freedom to design within the budget and create a full design. A formal presentation is scheduled to guide you through the proposed design, discuss your budget and next steps. 

STEP 4 TRADE & CONSTRUCTION

The vision starts to become a reality! Painting, lighting and electrical prep, plumbing, flooring, etc., is underway. The construction, remodel or renovation phase of the project begins. 

STEP 5 PURCHASE & PROCUREMENT

The furnishings we have selected are being custom made, ordered, and assembled. The duration of this phase will range from weeks to months. 

STEP 6 INSTALLATION

As the larger aspects of your project are installed, the final phase completes the space with the finishing details, such as artwork, area rugs, lighting, decor accents, pillows, window treatments, etc. Your dream space is brought to life, where you can now fall in love with it as it is now what you always wanted it to be.
